Your child is never in the video.
You never upload a photo of them. Santa is the only person on screen. The room photo must be empty of people, and we check every one automatically. Photos are deleted once the video is made.
How we handle your photos and dataHow long does it take?
Usually a few hours, sometimes less. The honest wait time is shown at checkout before you save your card, and it comes from how busy Santa's workshop is right then. Each video arrives by email as soon as it's made; you don't wait for all three.
What if my child hasn't written a list yet?
That's the plan. Santa's first video ends by asking them to write one. When they have, photograph it from the link in your email and Santa reads it back in the second video. There's no deadline other than 24 December.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. Santa's face, voice and words are created with AI from the details you give us. He's an original character, not a real person. Your child is never in the video and you never upload a photo of them: the only person on screen is Santa.
When am I charged?
When each video is delivered, and not before. We save your card at checkout and charge £6.67, £6.66 and £6.66 as each of the three videos lands (or £9.99 for a single video). If a video can't be made, you're told first and it's never charged. No subscription, nothing to cancel.
What if a video can't be made?
Occasionally a room photo doesn't work, or something else goes wrong. We tell you straight away, that video is never charged, and your other videos are unaffected. If a delivered video has a mistake in it, we re-make it free.
